Maire established FutureSpark Coaching in 2016, having spent 20 + years in various leadership roles in the community and voluntary sector.
Highly experienced in working with groups as a team and resilience coach, trainer, and facilitator leading strategic planning, public consultations, and stakeholder engagement processes, Maire is passionate about helping clients ‘kickstart’ new directions and new thought processes in the development of organisations, groups, teams, and individuals.
