Talking Team Resilience

This workshop will focus on the three pillars of resilience: mastering stress, adapting to change, and being proactive, with a myth-busting approach to what resilience is and what it isn’t.

We delve into the seven core areas of team resilience through interactive activities, discussions, and story-sharing on all aspects of resilience.

We aim to keep the workshop content very relevant to the team we are delivering it to.  There will be opportunities for participants, armed with learning, to identify practical steps they can take together to boost more resilient team approaches to their real-life challenges.

All team members will leave with a team resilience handbook and team resilience coaching cards to maintain focus on team resilience beyond the workshop.

Emotional Intelligence for Great Teamwork

From Seat to Floor: Public Speaking Fundamentals

Many of us can also feel fearful about speaking in front of people, which can hold us back in life and work.
